Proximity sensors

Subsea proximity sensors are sensors that switch and detect the presence of near metal objects. This can be useful to detect position, movements and distance in most harsh subsea environments. They are highly accurate and have a high degree of robustness.

Types of submersible proximity sensors

Seatec offers a wide range of submersible proximity sensors. We have fixed mounted or spring loaded versions available in various models. The latest design is an ultrasonic version with an analog output which is programmable for various distances. Our submersible proximity sensors vary from a 20 to 45 mm size.
